Dubai Job : I am currently recruiting for a PQS Consultancy that requires an MEP QS Consultant , for an immediate start, but realistically a maximum of 1 month. My clients project is a portfolio of Educational buildings , that will also include residential and retail units. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing all the post contract correspondence in accordance with contract conditions. The preparation , submission and agreement of interim applications and certifications amongst other QS duties. To be considered for this application you must have: A degree or HND in Building Services ( MEP), Commercial Cost and Engineering OR Project Management ( MEP) OR Quantity Surveying with extensive MEP experience. Highly motivated and a logical thinker. Knowledge of local MEP Industry, systems and cost saving procedures. Loyal work history.
